Join Kelsey Beesley as she guides you through an Elemental Breathwork experience. This is a journey of connecting deeper to your body and your breath.
Breathwork is a practice of bringing consciousness to the breath through an active meditation while connecting into a mindful breath sequence. This is a journey of creating space to detach from the mind and allowing the body to guide the way.
In Elemental Breathwork, we work through a series of breaths connected to each element. This is a dynamic experience which builds in energy through each sequence and allows for deep release and surrender. Each session will end with a guided meditation, integration and sound cleansing to help bring participants back into the space and ready for a restful nights sleep.

About Kelsey
Kelsey Beesley is a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator who has found deep connection and passion for dropping into the body and being with your breath. Throughout her own experiences and personal journey she has seen profound shifts through the power of breath and body work. Kelsey is very excited to be stepping deeper into her journey as a facilitator and holding each participant throughout their unique breath experience.

Elemental Breathwork is an active, guided breath meditation that moves through different breathing sequences connected to the elements. The experience gradually builds energy and supports emotional release, followed by guided meditation, integration, and sound cleansing.

Yes. No prior breathwork experience is required. The session is guided throughout, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies.

Each person’s experience is unique.

The breath sequences are active and can feel energizing. You may experience tingling sensations, temperature shifts, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Everything is guided safely, and you are always in control of your breath.

Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in easily. Layers are recommended as body temperature can fluctuate during breathwork.
